Various Locations on Base, New Pre-engineered Buildings, Mt. Clemens, Michigan
RB Construction has constructed a number of pre-engineered buildings used by the military at Selfridge Air National Guard Base in Mount Clemens, Michigan over the past several years. The scope of work for these buildings consisted of all design and engineering and typically included all building components from concrete foundations to structural steel, siding, insulation, doors, windows, painting and mechanical electrical systems.

Electrical Volt Building: Delivery: Lump Sum Bid and Award Architect: Army Core of Engineers Size: 2,800 SF Building Use: Houses electrical connections and transformers for the 127th Wing Air Traffic Control & Operations/Maintenance Facilities.

Canopy Testing Facility: Delivery: Lump Sum Bid and Award Architect: Army Core of Engineers Size: 2,400 SF Building Use: Jet canopies testing lab for the 127th Wing Aircraft Element Sortie Support Flight.

Storage and Office Space: Delivery: Lump Sum Bid and Award Architect: Army Core of Engineers Size: 4,800 SF Building Use: Storage and office space for the Navy’s Seabee Division at the base.
